Sirena is a 48-foot sailing catamaran with an open deck, lounge nets, a shade canopy, a bar area and two heads, and though she is certified for 49 passengers the company limits a trip to 12. Departures are from Southwind Marina on Sinton Drive, on the Pensacola side of Big Lagoon, which the operator places twenty minutes from the Flora-Bama and forty from Pensacola Beach.

Four trips are sold by the seat. The 2.5-hour sunset and dolphin sail runs daily with times that shift by month, from a 5:15 start in March and again in the autumn out to 6:00 in midsummer. A half-day dolphin sail runs 4.5 hours, anchoring to swim and beachcomb on a remote stretch of Johnson Beach and stopping at the ruins of Fort McRee, which dates to 1839. The snorkelling trip asks for strong swimmers, since it works several spots across Pensacola Bay and is the most weather-dependent of them. On Blue Angels practice days the boat anchors in Big Lagoon to watch the flying overhead before sailing on. Parties of seven or more take the boat privately.
